Does the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes — your driver tracks your flight in real time and adjusts the pickup automatically, so there is no extra charge for a delayed arrival. We include up to 60 minutes of free waiting after landing while you clear passport control and collect your bags. If a flight is diverted or canceled, message us on WhatsApp and we will rebook the pickup.
Where will the driver meet me at Madrid-Barajas?
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall of your terminal holding a name board, so there is no need to look for a car outside. We confirm the exact meeting point — by terminal and arrivals gate — in your booking. From there the driver carries your bags to the vehicle and takes you door to door.
Which Barajas terminals do you cover — T1, T2, T3 and T4?
We cover all of them: Terminals 1, 2 and 3, plus Terminal 4 and the T4S satellite. Terminal 3 is a boarding annex physically connected to T2 — it has no check-in desks of its own, and its flights are part of the T1, T2 and T3 area. Your driver goes to the terminal where your flight lands, which we confirm from your flight number. We also serve onward connections to Atocha, Chamartín, IFEMA and intercity destinations on request.
How many passengers and suitcases can you take from the airport?
Our vehicles seat from 1 to 55 passengers: an E-Class sedan for 1–3 people, an 8-seat Vito, a premium 7-seat V-Class, and Sprinter vans and coaches for larger groups. Each seat allows roughly one large suitcase plus hand luggage; tell us your group size and bag count and we match the right vehicle. Child seats are available on request at no extra charge.
