Purpose & acceptance

The purpose of these general conditions of use (“the Conditions”) is to govern access to and use of the Website, understood as the external appearance of its interfaces, the navigation tree, and all content and information integrated within it (“the Contents”).

Access to, browsing of and use of the Website confer the status of user (“the User”) and imply full acceptance of these Conditions, as well as any subsequent amendments, without prejudice to the application of any mandatory legal provisions. If you do not agree with these Conditions, please do not use the Website.

Shuttle Vans Madrid reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and Contents of the Website, and to interrupt, suspend or discontinue its provision.

Nature of the Website & how the service is contracted

The Website is informational in nature and presents the chauffeur-driven transfer services offered by Shuttle Vans Madrid. The Website does not sell services directly: it displays no prices, has no online booking or payment system, and does not use user accounts. Mere access to the Website does not create any commercial relationship between the User and Shuttle Vans Madrid.

The actual contracting of transport services takes place through channels outside this Website:

• the Pickup Time booking application (pickup-time.com), which is governed by its own terms of use and its own privacy policy;
• the WhatsApp messaging service; or
• the Website’s contact form, through which you can request information or a no-obligation quote.

The specific terms of each transport service — including price, cancellations, luggage and other conditions — are agreed through the channel chosen at the time of contracting and do not form part of this legal notice.

The User & use of the Website

The User undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its Contents, in accordance with applicable law, morality, public order and these Conditions. In particular, the User undertakes to:

• not use the Website for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or in any way that could damage, disable or overload the Website or prevent its normal use;
• not introduce or spread programs, data, viruses or any other element that could cause damage to the systems of Shuttle Vans Madrid or of third parties; and
• provide truthful information when completing the contact form, taking responsibility for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data provided.

The User declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity necessary to accept these Conditions. The Website is not directed at minors.

Exclusion of warranties & liability

Shuttle Vans Madrid seeks to keep the Website functioning correctly, but cannot guarantee its uninterrupted availability and continuity or the absence of errors in its Contents. To the extent permitted by law, Shuttle Vans Madrid will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the unavailability or discontinuity of the Website, access failures, or the presence of viruses or other harmful elements, without prejudice to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Shuttle Vans Madrid seeks to ensure the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions and reserves the right to modify the Contents at any time.

This exclusion refers to use of the Website. Liability relating to the actual provision of the transport service is governed by the terms agreed on the relevant contracting channel and by the law applicable to passenger transport.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites and applications — for example, the Pickup Time application (pickup-time.com), WhatsApp, the app stores, or map services. Shuttle Vans Madrid does not operate or control such sites and is not responsible for their content, services or policies; access to them is at the sole responsibility of the User and subject to each third party’s own terms.

Establishing a link from a third party’s website to the Website does not imply any relationship, approval or endorsement between Shuttle Vans Madrid and the owner of that site. Anyone establishing a link to the Website may not reproduce its Contents without express authorization, nor make false, inaccurate or incorrect statements about the Website or about Shuttle Vans Madrid.

Intellectual & industrial property

Shuttle Vans Madrid, either in its own right or as assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights in the Website and in the elements it contains (including, without limitation: texts, photographs, images, videos, sounds, software, trademarks, logos, color combinations, structure and design), protected under applicable Spanish and international law.

Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the law. Where the User acts as a consumer, the legally applicable forum shall apply.
