How much does group transport for an event in Madrid cost?
Event group transport in Madrid is quoted at a fixed price agreed before the date, based on the number of vehicles, hours and pickup points — not a per-person meter. A single van for one evening differs from a multi-coach operation, so we price each event to its plan. The quote is written and final: it already includes waiting time, return trips, tolls, parking and any late-night hours.
Does the driver wait and take us home after the event?
Yes — the driver stays with your group and runs the return trip, included in the fixed price. You agree the rough end time in advance, and the driver waits even if the event overruns. There is no separate charge for the wait, so nobody is left hunting for a taxi at 2 am.
What’s the largest group you can move to an event?
We move groups from 4 to several hundred for a single event. A V-Class seats up to 7, a Vito up to 8, and Sprinter minibuses and coaches cover 16 to 55 per vehicle — and we run several in convoy for bigger numbers. Tell us your headcount and we’ll match the right mix of vehicles.
Can you pick us up after a concert that ends late?
Yes — we operate 24 hours a day, every day, including the early hours after concerts and after-parties. Your driver is in position at the venue exit when the show ends, at Movistar Arena, the Metropolitano or anywhere in Madrid. There is no night surcharge sprung at the end — the late hours are in the fixed price.
How do we book and coordinate transport for an event?
Tell us the date, headcount and pickup points and we’ll send a fixed quote and a single coordinator. That coordinator confirms every vehicle, time and route in advance and stays reachable on WhatsApp through the event.
