How do you get delegates from their hotel to IFEMA?
We run timed hotel-to-hall loops on the schedule you set — one or several vehicles cycling between your hotels and the right IFEMA pavilion gate, so every delegate reaches each session on time.
Can you handle a large group of exhibitors or congress delegates?
Yes — from a single Vito for 8 to a Sprinter or coach for larger groups, we scale the fleet to your headcount and run repeat daily runs across the full length of the fair.
Do you pick up at the right IFEMA pavilion entrance?
Yes — IFEMA is large, so we agree the exact pavilion gate in advance and your driver waits there by name, not at a generic entrance. Badge pickups and stand-to-stand transfers are arranged the same way.
Can you cover the airport–IFEMA–hotel route during the fair?
Yes — we meet international delegates at Barajas T1–T4 with a name sign and run the airport-to-IFEMA and IFEMA-to-hotel legs throughout the event, all on one fixed price agreed up front.
How is an IFEMA shuttle priced and invoiced?
Each loop or transfer has a fixed price agreed in writing before the event — no meter, no surge, and tolls and waiting time are already included. For exhibitors and DMCs we consolidate the whole fair into a single itemized invoice for your finance team.
How far in advance should we book IFEMA transport?
For the big fairs — FITUR, Fruit Attraction, Madrid Tech Show — book two to six weeks ahead, as vehicles fill quickly during peak weeks. We hold recurring daily slots for the full run of your event.
