How long does it take to drive from Madrid to Toledo, Segovia or Ávila?
Madrid to Toledo is about 50 minutes by car (70 km), Segovia about an hour (90 km) and Ávila about 1 hour 15 minutes (110 km). Your driver takes the direct route and handles parking on arrival.
Does the driver wait while we explore the city?
Yes — your driver and car stay with you for the whole day, so you set the pace and there’s no fixed return schedule. Visit at your own rhythm and head back whenever you’re ready.
Is a guide included, or just the car and driver?
A day trip includes a private car and a professional driver, not a licensed tour guide. Your driver knows the routes and drop-off points; if you’d like a guided visit inside a monument, we can suggest local guides on request.
What’s the difference between a day trip and a one-way private transfer?
A day trip is a round trip from Madrid where the driver waits and brings you back the same day. If you only need a one-way ride to another city, that’s our private intercity transfer instead. Both are a fixed price, agreed before you book.
What’s included in the fixed price for a day trip?
The closed price covers the car, the driver for the day, fuel, tolls and parking — agreed up front, with no meter and no surprises. You only pay separately for your own meals, monument tickets or an optional guide.
