How do I arrange transport for wedding guests in Madrid?
Tell us the venues, hotels and timings — or put us in touch with your wedding planner. We build a shuttle schedule that loops guests between the ceremony, the venue and their hotels, with up to 55 seats per coach and as many vehicles as the guest count needs.
Can you provide both the couple’s car and the guest shuttles?
Yes — one contact covers the whole day. We pair a discreet sedan or V-Class for the couple with vans and a coach for the guests, all coordinated under a single fixed price and one timeline.
How many guests can you move between the ceremony and the venue?
From one couple to several hundred guests. An E-Class seats 1–3, a V-Class up to 7, a Vito up to 8, and a minibus or charter bus (coach) 16–55 — combined into looping shuttles for large weddings.
How far ahead should we book, and do you work with our planner?

Yes — we serve wedding venues across the Madrid region and beyond, from countryside fincas in the sierra to estates around El Escorial and Toledo. We plan the guest shuttles and the couple’s car for the whole route at one fixed price agreed before the day; for a destination wedding, tell us the venue and timings and we coordinate it with your planner.
